One of my fondest memories of those visits was a small barbecue that my cousins would throw as a going away party for when I would inevitably have to leave. We always had a variety of meat dishes, but my favorite dish was always.

  3. It's 1/2 cup of cilantro leafs, finely chopped.

  5. You need 1 teaspoon of dehydrated minced garlic.
  6. You need 1 dash of hot sauce (I've used blair's afterdeath sauce).
  7. It's to taste of fresh ground black pepper.

If you've never used garam masala it's a fragrant blend of warm spices that generally includes, cumin, coriander, cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg and black pepper. I had intended to freeze the extras, but they were so good, we had it again the next night! The only change I made was to add extra cayenne and garam masala to the sauce, as we like it hot.   1. Mix all ingredients together and make 1 1/4" balls. It should make around 20 meatballs, more if you make them smaller..
  2. Spray a baking sheet with some oil or cooking spray and display the meatballs on it..
  3. Cook in preheated oven at 350° for 20 minutes. You can broil them for a couple of minutes if you don't find them golden and crispy enough after 20 minutes of cooking..
