  2. Prepare of Frozen peas.
  3. It's 3 of Large eggs ( wisked.
  4. You need 1 of Green peppers ( thinly sliced.
  5. You need 1 of Red peppers ( thinly sliced.
  6. Prepare 1 of Whole white onion ( thinly sliced.
  7. You need 1 cup of Indian Basmati Rice.
  8. It's 1 tbsp of Olive oil/ Canola oil.
  9. It's of Low Sodium Soy Sauce.
  10. Prepare of Sesame Seed Oil.

Shrimp Fried Rice step by step

  1. Cook rice according to instructions and set aside once done..
  2. Wash & rinse shrimp/ set aside.
  3. Heat oil in Non stick Wok.
  4. Add peppers & peas (stir fry until sauteed ( add just a little soy sauce & sesame seed oil while cooking * Just a little will do because you will add more later).
  5. Add egg batter ( continue stirring until egg is done within the vegetables.
  6. Stir in shrimp.
  7. Once shrimp turns pink add in rice a lil at a time...
  8. Add sesame seed oil & soy sauce according to taste...
