  1. Prepare 75 grams of cooked Spaghetti.
  2. You need 85 grams of Soya mince.
  3. Prepare 500 grams of Mushrooms (sliced).
  4. You need 2 of cloves of Garlic (minced).
  5. Prepare 2 tsp of Italian Seasoning.
  6. Prepare 2 tbsp of Olive Oil.
  7. You need of Topping (Optional).
  8. It's 40 grams of Feta.
  9. Prepare 40 grams of Grated Cheddar.
  10. It's 2 tbsp of Lemon juice.
  11. Prepare 1 dash of Thyme leaves.
  12. You need dash of more Olive Oil.

  3. After water has evaporated from the Mushrooms, add Garlic and Italian Seasoning. Fry a further minute or two..
  4. Add Soya Mince to the pan. Cook until excess water has evaporated..
  5. Serve in a bowl with the cooked Spaghetti. Top with The Feta, thyme, lemon juice and a dash more olive oil. Enjoy!.
