- You need 3 tbsp of butter.
- You need 2 tbsp of Canola Oil.
- You need 2 clove of garlic(minced).
- Prepare 2 cup of heavy cream(can use half+half cream).
- You need 1/4 tsp of white pepper.
- It's 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese.
- Prepare 1 cup of Mozzarella cheese.
- You need 1 box of Fettuccine noodles.
Fettuccine Alfredo instructions
- Melt butter in saucepan with oil on medium heat.
- Fill a medium sized pot with 2 cups of water, boil on stove on low heat.
- Add garlic, cream, white pepper into saucepan and bring mixture to a simmer.
- Stir saucepan mixture often.
- Add Parmesan cheese and simmer sauce for 8 min or until sauce has thickened or is smooth.
- Once water in pot starts to boil(must boil on low heat) add noodles and turn up to medium heat.
- When mixture in saucepan has thickened add mozzarella cheese and stir until smooth-stir frequently.
- Once noodles have cooked, drain water and pour noodles into saucepan, mix and enjoy.
- Optional-cook nugget size chicken and chop up before placing into saucepan mixture.
