It came out so delicious everyone loved it. I did not have fresh parsley but the dried parsley worked just fine. Place salmon fillet on center of each foil piece. Sprinkle with lemon pepper seasoning salt and salt; top with chives.

  1. Prepare rice according to package instructions..
  2. Spray 4 sheets of aluminum foil with cooking spray.
  3. Put 1/2c prepared rice into center of foil & pat down into a rectangle.
  4. Put a salmon steak on top of rice.
  5. Sprinke lemon pepper on top of salmon steak for flavor.
  6. Top salmon steak with 4-5 asparagus spears.
  7. Fold foil length wise to seal. Then fold or twist ends to seal packet.
  8. Put packets seam side up in large skillet filled 1/2 inch deep with boiling water.
  9. Cover & steam approximately 10 minutes. Checking water level every few minutes & adding water as needed.
  10. Flip packets over & steam another 10 minutes.
  11. Remove from skillet. Carefully open packets (hot)..
  12. Serve with Homemade Tartar Sauce. Enjoy!.

Spoon rice mixture around each fillet. Fold foil over salmon and rice so edges meet. Allow space on sides for circulation and expansion.
